About Us

My name is Luke Bullen and I am the founder of Formula Build. We are a Residential building company based in Melbourne, and we specialise in new homes, extensions and renovations.

I have been in the industry for over 11 years, and have been loving every minute of it.

I am a entrepreneur, designer, developer, and overall thinker. Check out some of my projects to see what I’ve been up to lately.

I have always had a interest for building since a young age, with my dad working in the industry and grandad a wood turner/engineer.  Many weekends were spent as a kid with them working on all types of projects from small house extensions to decks and sheds.
